![]() ![]() Next time I buy something on trademe I'm telling the seller not to use Post Haste, its just not worth the incompetence. None of the other courier companies seem to have these issues anywhere near as consistently. I'm not paying for them to fix their incompetency, and given that they're a delivery company I don't expect to have to go pick up my package. The other option is pick it up from them or waive your request for signature required and just leave it. So I go through their redelivery website, and if you want them to redeliver a signature required package there is a $2.50 fee. As he backed out of my driveway I just stared at him in complete disbelief, and once again he made eye contact but he at least looked sheepish as he drove away with my new dog toy. It's suitable for photographers, video professionals, audio professionals, graphic designers, web designers and anyone who needs to keep their projects and assets organized. Create a new project and everything's organized, ready for you to start. By the time I opened the door he had dropped a redelivery card and got back in his van, but there was absolutely no sign that he had bothered to get the package out of his van at all. Post Haste is a free project management tool that allows you to setup file and folder templates for your projects. I knew it would be a courier so I got up and got to the door maybe 10 seconds after I heard a knock. This week I've been sleeping in my lounge, right by the front door, so I can look after our new family dog who is still a bit anxious to sleep on her own. I'm living in a new house on the other side of town, so we have a different delivery driver now. So just this last Friday almost exactly the same thing happened. Plus that behaviour just seems straight up threatening. At the time I laughed, although in hindsight it means the manager probably told him that it was me who had complained, which is extremely unprofessional. Then the next day I was making coffee in my kitchen at the same time and this time the same driver pulled up outside my house, got out of his van, took a photo of my house, stared at me for a bit, got back into his van, and drove off. She had an attitude of, "well I'm not the driver so why are you complaining to me?" I was pretty much floored by such a half-hearted response, but I figured screw it I'll never use this miserable company ever again. So I complained, and the manager I got on the phone told me this was normal if he was behind on his route (wtf), but she would have a word to the driver and let him know he should at least knock. He even made eye contact with me on the way back into his van, and he just smiled as if to say, "oh well I tried". While I was standing in my kitchen with a clear line of site to my front door and driveway, he pulled up, got out, walked to my door and dropped a card to call without knocking. Last year I laid a complaint with them about one of their drivers in Christchurch. ![]()
